Roadmap

So where are we busy with? Making Rapidez even greater! We are currently working on an improved frontend. In addition to this, here are the other things we hope to ship this year:

- Support for Magento_JwtUserToken

- A generic price component integrated with all Magento tax options

- Out-of-the-box tier pricing

- Removal of the flat table dependency

- Refactoring of the cart from the Magento API to GraphQL

Rapidez 1.0? Version 0.x? Beta? 🤯

So what's the deal with the versions? Well, we initially started Rapidez as a proof of concept, which eventually evolved into a beta product. As we wanted to include some lower-priority features in version 1, we found ourselves stuck at the 0.x stage. However, it's essential to note that 0.x is not a beta product; we fully support it, and it's a finalized product!

A few months ago, we decided to split 0.x into its own branch, enabling us to work towards the highly anticipated 1.0.0 release. The fact that version 1 is still in development has nothing to do with its beta status or anything of the sort. Let's see how this turns out; maybe we'll tag version 1 before the end of the year🤞 We'll keep you posted!

Other awesome stuff!

- Making package creation easy with the package template

- We have created an awesome blade directives package

- Rapidez is listed as Magento front end option on the Mage-OS website

- We contributed a nice addition to the Laravel framework
- The improved front end for the Rapidez demo is currently in development
- We developed an opinionated theme for the cart, checkout and account
